Perk G Sports

At Perkiomen School we focus on inspiring students to risk becoming their best in the classroom, and on the athletic field. There are many health benefits associated with participating in sports but they also can shape the people we become.

Perkiomen School is committed to developing and sustaining excellence in girls’ sports through education, celebration, and leadership. The goal of Perk G Sports, founded in 2018,  is to bring awareness, support, education, and empowerment to female students at Perkiomen.

Sports are an essential part of the curriculum here at Perkiomen. Encouraging girls to participate in athletics helps promote a healthy lifestyle and enables our students to foster crucial life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and resilience. Perk G Sports sponsors events throughout the school year to promote female athletics and support our current student-athletes.

Some of our events include: book club, celebrating National Girls and Women in Sports Day, Women’s History Month activity, Social Justice Week activity, movie nights, and watching ESPN Summit.

Sportsmanship, self-confidence, teamwork, and discipline are a few of the values we strive to instill in our athletes that extend beyond the athletic field.
