Jessica Maley is the Director of English as a Second Language here at Perkiomen. She also is the Head Coach for our JV Softball team.
Coach Maley is entering her second year as coach for the JV Softball team and has previously been the Assistant Coach for the Girls Lacrosse team. She is a graduate of Temple University (’06) where she earned her B.A. in Anthropology as well as University of Southern California (’11) where she earned her M.A. in Teaching. She is currently attending Indiana University where she is working towards her Ed.D. in Literacy, Culture, and Education.
Coach Maley shares her favorite thing about coaching as well as some inspiration:
“My favorite thing about coaching softball is having the opportunity to work with girls who may never have played it before. It is so rewarding to see them learn the game and gain confidence in their skills.”

Jeffery Rodgers is the Director of the Medical Institute here at Perkiomen. He is also the Assistant Coach for the JV Softball team.
Coach Rodgers was a coach for the Winter and Spring track teams the past year and has previously been a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Center for Brain Injury and Repair at Penn Medicine. He is a graduate of Dickinson College (’10) where he earned his B.S. in Chemistry and Mathematics. He also earned his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania (’18).
Coach Rodgers shares what he is looking forward to this year:
