Eric Frey serves as the Director of the Entrepreneur Institute at Perkiomen, bringing his passion for education and business to the institute. Graduating from Kutztown University with a degree in Education and a concentration in Mathematics, Eric furthered his academic journey by earning his MBA from WGU. While primarily known for his coaching roles in varsity soccer and JV softball, Eric also has experience in lacrosse and basketball coaching.

Eric prioritizes holistic player development, instilling values of teamwork and sportsmanship in his coaching approach. Committed to guiding and mentoring players to realize their full potential, he creates a positive and supportive environment for growth both on and off the field. As the JV Softball head coach, Eric Frey dedicates himself to nurturing young talent, preparing players for success at the varsity level, and beyond.
