Jacob Wells is a History Teacher here at Perkiomen and will be the Head Cross Country and Track and Field coach.
Coach Wells comes to Perkiomen from Scottsdale Arizona where he taught and coached at BASIS Scottsdale for 6 years. He was the founder of the cross country team at the school and coached cross country and track a total of 4 years. He was named Track and Field Coach of the Year in 2019 for both Mens and Women’s and in 2021 for the Women’s team. Coach Wells is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he earned his B.A. in History. He also earned his M.A in History from Washington State University and is currently a candidate for his PhD in Psychology from Grand Canyon University. In college, Coach Wells ran cross country as well as played volleyball.
Coach Wells shares what he is excited about for the season:

Michelle Brenneman teaches mathematics at Perkiomen. She is also the Head Instructor of the Dance Team and the Assistant Middle School Girls Basketball Coach for the Panthers.
Coach Brenneman joins us at Perkiomen as a new teacher and coach for the 2021-22 season. She has previous dance experience as the instructor for the Upward Bound Program at Wilkes University for the past three summers. She is graduate of Wilkes University (’19) with her B.S. in Biology and the University of Scranton (’21) with a M.S. in Secondary Education. She was a member of the Cross Country team at Wilkes University where she won the MAC Sportsmanship Award.
